Warm greetings from Ryefield Court!
One of our recent visitors said that we are a "hidden gem of Hillingdon" and we think it is a very good description of what we are. We are providing luxury all-inclusive accommodation with enthusiastic, caring and highly trained care staff and offer diverse range of interesting and creative activities. In March 2017 we were rated "Outstanding" by the independent regulator of health and social care in England, CQC. Less than 1% of all care homes achieve this highest rating.
Not one day is similar to the other at Ryefield Court. We start our days leisurely and enjoy our breakfast which can be served anywhere – in the bedroom, lounge, dining room or bar/bistro area. The day then flows with different activities, pampering sessions and good conversations. And it ends with a warm and good felling of a day well spend and enjoyed.
If you choose to attend our Day Club we can collect you at the time suitable for you to enjoy the rest of your day getting pampered, entertained and enjoying delicious, freshly prepared food. Not forgetting watching Sky Sport on our big screen and enjoying a drink or two. If you choose to visit us on Mondays you will have a choice to participate in our weekly outings (most recent was to Winchester Cathedral).
If you wish to visit us for a week or two, you will have the opportunity to enjoy all of our varied activities during the week and enjoy Thursday Show Nights which are hugely popular (please check our Facebook for photos).
We provide safe and warm place where all your needs will be met, we have more staff than any other home and we pay them well above minimum wage (hence they like to work for us). We cater for dementia and we have deep respect and understanding of how this cruel disease affects families and the person itself. You can always rely on our support and we will keep you updated by phone, email, text or whatever way of communication you prefer. We want to make your time at Ryefield Court one of the best you had! Looking forward to welcome you at Ryefield Court. Please call or email or just drop in for a non-obligatory show round, cup of coffee and cake!
Please do not hesitate to drop me an email at if you have any questions. Looking forward to welcoming you at Ryefield Court soon.

It might seem like an obvious thing to say if you are used to living independently, but it is one of the biggest fears of elderly people looking at care homes – that they will just become a number, and one’s independence will naturally ebb away. We set out to counter this straight away and focusing on the individual is the best way of helping people to settle quickly in order that they can get on with enjoying life.
While we're incredibly proud of Ryefield Court's state-of-the-art design, its facilities, its comfortable rooms and its attractive furnishings, our priority is to deliver the best care possible, while never losing sight of the happiness of each and every resident. There are as many personalities in our home as there are residents; providing customised lifestyle care comes as naturally to us as ensuring residents receive the required medical care.
We judge the success of our care home by the happiness of our residents, many of whom will already be local to the area of Hillingdon and Uxbridge. We want our home to be as much a part of the local community as the local school, shop and pub are, and we want our residents and staff to be involved as much as possible. Here is one example of how we do that.
We visited Uxbridge Sports Club and Denham Bowls Club. The club was incredibly welcoming and we are delighted to be able to help with sponsorship for the coming year. We wish all teams involved the best of luck and we look forward to visiting some matches.
We are always looking for new and different activities for our residents to enjoy; trips out, entertainment in the home, demonstrations and interesting talks. If you would like to get involved, contact our activities and events manager.
