Back on 22nd February, the Ryefield Court residents had the opportunity to cook with some professional chefs! Together, they created some delicious chocolate truffles topped with coconut, cocoa powder and ground almonds. They were so tasty, they didn’t last very long! They also beautifully decorated an impressive three-tier cake with jam, cream and fruits. This activity will no doubt take place again, as it was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone who took part.
