We’re delighted to say that back in March, Clare Livingstone joined the Ryefield Court team as home manager – we’d like to extend an incredibly warm welcome to Clare and can’t wait to see how the home evolves and develops for the benefit of both residents and staff under her leadership.

Our wonderful home here in Hillingdon is lucky to have her and we’re sure the future’s very bright. We’re already noticing differences for the better and hope that you are too, and we’re always open to feedback and suggestions, so please don’t be afraid to pass your comments on to Clare or another team member.

Back in 2008, Clare began her career in this industry as a carer and over the course of the following eight years, she worked her way up to become a home manager, gaining levels 2, 3 and 5 in Health and Social Care along the way, as well as completing a year-long course in Management. Fast forward a few years and here we are today.

It’s always an interesting time when a new manager comes into a home, and we’re seeing it as a great opportunity to improve in any way we can.

A few words from Clare: “I’m so pleased to be part of the team here at Ryefield Court – it’s a fantastic opportunity and my aim is to have happy residents, family members and staff. Come and say hello next time you pop in!”
